We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us!
We only deviate from our schedule in the event of dental emergencies that must be taken care of immediately. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give 2 working days notice. Otherwise, a charge may be made for time reserved.
We accept cash, checks, debit cards and most major credit cards. We also offer a 10% discount for senior citizens. Now accepting Apple Pay
Many of our patients have some type of dental insurance, and we accept most dental insurance plans. Please bring your card and insurance information with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. In fact, we have a designated office person whose sole job it is to make sure your insurance benefits are maximized. She works as a liaison between you and your insurance company. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.
